The best marketing ETL tools in 2026 are Fivetran, Airbyte, Hevo Data, Supermetrics, Funnel, Improvado, Adverity and Windsor.ai. Each one copies data from HubSpot, ad platforms and other marketing apps into a warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery. They differ most on pricing model, sync speed and which plan unlocks a warehouse destination.
This guide is for RevOps, marketing ops and analytics leads who own reporting. Every price below comes from a vendor pricing page or doc read on October 29, 2026, linked next to the claim. What is a marketing ETL tool?
A marketing ETL tool extracts data from marketing and sales apps, such as HubSpot, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and loads it into a data warehouse on a schedule. Your team then models and reports on that data with SQL or BI tools, instead of exporting spreadsheets by hand.
The tools on this list fall into two groups:
- General ELT platforms. Fivetran, Airbyte and Hevo Data load raw tables from hundreds of sources, including CRMs and ad platforms, and leave modelling to you.
- Marketing data platforms. Supermetrics, Funnel, Improvado, Adverity and Windsor.ai focus on marketing sources and add field mapping and reporting features. Warehouse loading is one destination among several.

|---|---|---|---|
| Fivetran | Free up to 500,000 MAR | Monthly active rows per connection | Teams that want managed connectors and little upkeep |
| Airbyte | Standard $20 a month; Core is open source | Credits on cloud plans | Data teams that want open source or self-hosting |

Which of these marketing ETL tools should load your warehouse?
Each pick below has a short profile, a screenshot of the vendor homepage and a plain best for and not for line. The first three are general ELT platforms that data teams often run, and the last five are marketing ETL tools built for marketers. Marketing ops teams can run those five without much engineering help.
1. Fivetran

Fivetran charges by monthly active rows (MAR), the distinct rows it inserts, updates or deletes each month. The Free plan covers up to 500,000 MAR. Standard adds 15 minute syncs and unlimited users, and paid standard connections carry a $5 base charge for 1 to 1 million MAR.
The pricing page shows median monthly list prices by connector. On Standard for companies with 1 to 200 employees, Google Ads at 88,240 MAR is $48.67 a month and Marketo at 847,574 MAR is $424.54. The HubSpot connector can keep property history tables, such as deal stage history, which helps pipeline reporting.
Best for: teams that want reliable managed connectors for CRM and ad data with little upkeep. Not for: teams with large, fast-changing tables and a fixed budget, since MAR costs grow with change volume.
2. Airbyte

Airbyte has more than 700 connectors and two routes. Airbyte Core is the open source product you deploy and run yourself. Airbyte Cloud Standard starts at $20 a month with 5 credits included, which the pricing page puts at about 1 GB of syncs, with hourly syncs.
Plus costs $189 a month and adds SSO and 15 minute syncs. Pro is priced by capacity and syncs every 5 minutes. A 14 day trial includes 400 credits. The HubSpot source docs list the streams it can pull, such as contacts, companies and deals.
Best for: data teams that want open source, self-hosting or a cheap cloud start. Not for: marketing teams with no engineer to own pipelines and upgrades.
3. Hevo Data

Hevo Data prices by events, where each record inserted, updated or deleted counts as one. The Free plan covers up to 1 million events a month on limited connectors, with 1 hour scheduling and up to 5 users. Starter is $299 a month, or $265 a month billed annually.
Starter adds 170+ connectors, up to 10 users and dbt integration. Professional costs $849 a month, or $750 billed annually, and adds unlimited users and API access. Hevo has a HubSpot source and a 14 day trial with no credit card.
Best for: mid-size teams that want a fixed monthly tier and simple setup. Not for: teams that need syncs faster than hourly on Starter.
4. Supermetrics

Supermetrics is best known for pulling marketing data into Looker Studio, Google Sheets and Excel. Starter costs $44 a month billed yearly, or $55 monthly, for 3 sources, 1 destination and 1 user. Growth costs $177 a month billed yearly for 6 sources and 2 users.
Warehouse loading is an Enterprise feature. The pricing page says Supermetrics for BigQuery is available in the Enterprise tier, which is quote only, and Snowflake loading sits there too. Supermetrics has a HubSpot connector and does not charge volume fees.
Best for: teams already reporting with Supermetrics that now want a warehouse. Not for: small teams that need warehouse loading at a published price.
5. Funnel

Funnel prices with Flexpoints instead of rows. Starter is from $300 a month billed annually with daily exports. Business is from $600 a month and adds BigQuery, S3 and other cloud destinations, with exports every 2 hours. Snowflake is listed on Enterprise.
On the pricing page, a data warehouse destination costs 300 Flexpoints and each connector costs 50. Funnel lists a HubSpot connector on Starter, Business and Enterprise. Its strength is ad data: it maps spend, clicks and conversions from many platforms into common fields.
Best for: agencies and ad-heavy teams that want clean, mapped ad data in BigQuery. Not for: Snowflake shops that do not want an Enterprise contract.
6. Improvado

Improvado targets enterprise marketing teams. Starter is from $20,000 a year and includes 20 million rows a year, all connectors and destinations, and daily syncs. Growth is from $41,700 a year, and Enterprise is by quote.
Improvado lists a HubSpot integration next to its ad platform connectors. Since every plan includes all destinations, you can load Snowflake or BigQuery from Starter. The price makes it a fit for teams with many ad accounts and a reporting team to feed.
Best for: enterprise marketing teams with many ad accounts and regions. Not for: small teams, given the $20,000 a year entry price.
7. Adverity

Adverity does not publish prices, so expect a custom quote. Its plan docs split connectors into a core set and an all connectors set, and HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud sit in all connectors. Check which set your quote covers.
Adverity can transfer data to Snowflake and other warehouses. It suits large marketing orgs that want data governance and harmonised naming across many markets, run by a central marketing ops or data team.
Best for: large, multi-market marketing teams with a central data owner. Not for: teams that want to compare published prices before a sales call.
8. Windsor.ai

Windsor.ai has the lowest published price on this list for warehouse loading. Basic is $19 a month billed annually, or $23 monthly, for 3 sources, 75 accounts and 5 destination tasks with daily syncs. Standard is $99 a month billed annually, with 7 sources and hourly syncs.
The pricing page lists BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift and Databricks as destinations on all plans, and Windsor.ai has more than 350 sources. It documents a HubSpot to Snowflake integration. A 30 day free trial is followed by a Forever Free plan with 1 source.
Best for: small teams that want ad and CRM data in a warehouse for under $100 a month. Not for: teams that need 15 minute syncs without moving to the $499 Professional plan.
How much do marketing ETL tools cost?
Warehouse loading starts free on Fivetran up to 500,000 MAR and on self-hosted Airbyte Core. Paid entry points run from $19 a month on Windsor.ai and $20 on Airbyte Cloud, to $265 on Hevo Data and $600 on Funnel. Improvado starts at $20,000 a year, and Supermetrics and Adverity quote.
Three costs hide behind the headline price of most marketing ETL tools:
- Volume. Fivetran charges by monthly active rows, Hevo Data by events and Improvado by rows a year. Full resyncs and frequent updates can raise the bill.
- Sync speed. Faster syncs cost more: Airbyte Plus, Fivetran Enterprise and Windsor.ai Professional are where shorter sync windows appear.
- Destination tier. Funnel, Supermetrics and Adverity put some warehouses or connectors on higher plans, so check the exact plan for Snowflake or BigQuery.
How do you set up a marketing ETL pipeline?
With most marketing ETL tools, start with the questions your reports must answer, then load only the sources and tables that answer them. Connect HubSpot or your CRM first, add your top two ad platforms, and run a full sync. Check row counts against the source before you build dashboards or attribution models on top.
- Pick one warehouse. Use the one your data team already runs, Snowflake or BigQuery, so you avoid a second bill.
- Limit tables. Sync the objects you report on, such as contacts, deals, campaigns and ad spend, to keep row-based costs down.
- Keep history. Turn on property or stage history where offered, so you can report on how deals moved over time.
- Model once. Build shared models for spend, leads and pipeline, then point dashboards at them.
- Plan the next step. Feed the models into marketing dashboard tools or attribution software.

Frequently asked questions about marketing ETL tools
What is the best ETL tool to migrate data from HubSpot to Snowflake?
Fivetran, Airbyte, Hevo Data, Improvado, Adverity and Windsor.ai all load HubSpot data into Snowflake. Fivetran suits teams that want managed connectors and keeps property history tables. Airbyte suits teams that want open source. Windsor.ai has the lowest published paid price, from $19 a month billed annually with Snowflake on every plan.
Which marketing ETL tools work best for Google Ads data?
Fivetran, Airbyte, Hevo Data, Funnel, Improvado, Supermetrics, Adverity and Windsor.ai all have Google Ads connectors. Fivetran lists a median list price of $48.67 a month for a Google Ads connection at 88,240 MAR on Standard. Funnel and Improvado map ad fields across platforms, which helps cross-channel spend reporting.
Is there a free marketing ETL tool?
Yes. Fivetran has a Free plan for up to 500,000 monthly active rows, and Hevo Data has a free plan for up to 1 million events a month on limited connectors. Airbyte Core is open source, so the software is free, but you pay to host and maintain it yourself.
What is the difference between ETL and reverse ETL?
ETL moves data from apps such as HubSpot and Google Ads into a warehouse for reporting. Reverse ETL moves modelled data from the warehouse back into apps, such as audiences into ad platforms or scores into the CRM. Many teams run both, with the warehouse as the shared source of truth.
Do marketing ETL tools charge by rows or by seats?
Most charge by volume, not seats. Fivetran counts monthly active rows, Hevo Data counts events and Improvado counts rows a year. Airbyte Cloud uses credits. Funnel uses Flexpoints with no row-based pricing, and Supermetrics and Windsor.ai charge by sources, accounts or destinations on each plan.
Can I load marketing data into BigQuery without an engineer?
Yes, if you pick a tool built for marketers. Windsor.ai, Funnel and Supermetrics let marketing ops teams connect sources and choose BigQuery as a destination from a web interface. Funnel needs the Business plan for BigQuery, and Supermetrics needs Enterprise. Someone still needs warehouse access to grant permissions.
How often do marketing ETL tools sync data?
Sync speed varies by plan: Fivetran Standard syncs every 15 minutes and Enterprise every minute. Airbyte Standard is hourly, Plus is 15 minutes and Pro is 5 minutes. Hevo Data Starter is hourly. Funnel Business exports every 2 hours, and Windsor.ai ranges from daily on Basic to 15 minutes.
The verdict: which marketing ETL tools fit your team?
Let your team and budget narrow the marketing ETL tools down. Data teams that want managed connectors should start on Fivetran Free and price Standard from the connector examples. Teams with engineers and a tight budget should try Airbyte. Mid-size teams that want a fixed tier should compare Hevo Data Starter with Windsor.ai Standard.
Marketing-led teams with heavy ad spend should price Funnel Business for BigQuery or Improvado for many accounts, and ask Supermetrics or Adverity for quotes if you already use them. Once data lands, decide how it flows back out with a reverse ETL tool.
